Planning Information

The details for each specific concert or worship service will vary, but here is generally how it works:

• We provide our own sound equipment unless the situation dictates otherwise.
• We will need access to the event facilities a minimum of two hours prior to the performance.
• We request that you provide 2 to 4 people that can help us with hauling in and taking out the equipment. 
• Each tour concert/performance costs Sacred Road about $300.00 in expenses.  (Individually we do not take money, all money goes back into the ministry)

We ask that each church contribute towards these costs through an honorarium, a free-will offering at the concert/service, or both.

SACRED ROAD is a division of WillowSprings Ministries, Inc. as a 501(c)(3) organization, so your gift will be entirely tax deductible.

• Sacred Road can provide you with flyers and posters to advertise the event.
• Sacred Road will work with any and all church organizations to meet specific needs or situations. Please contact us with your information and details for your church event or request specific concert details.
• We would like to have a table to display information about the band and to have CD's for purchase.
